The German DAX has been very strong relative to the Swedish OMX index. However the last couple of days there has been a bit of a pullback in the ratio. I have set my Pair trading EA robot to look for a buy Entry at 7,56 with a potential profit target of 7,64.

I have been looking for pair-trading the Gold-Silver ratio. I believe both fundamentally and technically that this could be an interesting trade. Now I have 2 open layered Pair-trades. I am looking for this to be a medium - long term trade. Probably over several weeks. My entry is a little early since I entered at 87,5 and was actually looking for a ration 88. But I did not want to miss this Pair-trade since I see some potential gains if it plays out.  Below you can see the long term weekly chart. The Gold-Silver ratio has broken the trendline and I believe that after retesting that trend-line at the appr the Fib 61,8 level the Pair-trade ration will go lower.  |
