New - Pattern Based Pair trading
As I've already mentioned my own Pair trading has evolved and now I almost only Pair trade based on patterns.
On this site I will show you some pictures of actual Pair trades I have traded.
The graph you see showing the pattern is my indicator displaying the actual Ratio between Asset A and Asset B.

2020-07-01 - Pair trade US30 - DAX30
This is one of my favorite setups.
1) A channel, in this case a descending channel.
2) A bottom formation at the low trendline. In this case even a double bottom.
3) A clear inverted H&S formation setting up which coincides with the actual break-out of the channel.
My trade: I normally would have liked to enter early, i.e. already at the low end of the channel double bottom or at the formation of the right shoulder. This trade however I took at the break-out. On the other hand, the target from the inv H&S was reached already within an hour for a nice 0,7% win. (Sounds small, but with CFD leverage this can be a nice profit)
